Naomi Jordan
Has managed the company from start up operation in 2002 to the position it stands today with a sound client base and strong reputation within the industry for supplying excellent customer service. Has many years experience on claims handling within the insurance industry, accompanied with excellent knowledge of I.T systems, which are central to the entire operation of the business. Is able to communicate with clients through a wide variety of web and spreadsheet based systems.
Is responsible for the direction and implementation of the integrated management system, customer complaints and overall financial control.
Is ultimately responsible for legal compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental legislation
Jim Lea
With a wealth of experience and training in Business management, Jim is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Mirror Image Ltd Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems and is also actively pursuing wider market opportunities.
